7 years within VINCI Energies. Currently working on Developing SAP Service cloud solutions integrated with ERP within VINCI Energies business units, being the project manager of Looma: Digital transformation project for VINCI Facilities: SAP FSM / CPI / S4 with Fiori apps, and Sales Cloud – Sales integrated with ERP within VINCI Energies business units.

Paolo Manfrin, Head of Product Field Service Management, SAP

Paolo holds a Master Degree in Software Engineering from the University of Trieste, Italy conducting studies at the Technical University of Tampere, Finland and Yale Electronic Department, USA. In 2010 he started at Coresystems Switzerland, covering different positions within the organization. While serving as CTO and Member of the Executive Board, he and his team drove the technical implementation of Coresystems’ Field Service Management Solution. After the acquisition by SAP, Paolo has led the Planning and Dispatching Area of SAP Field Service Management.
