Navè leads the service transformation journey of Konecranes Port Solutions by fostering innovation, digitalization, and the evolution towards outcome-based services. Before joining Konecranes, he matured more than fifteen years of experience in large industrial companies such as OTIS, GE Oil & Gas, and Emerson, where he held roles of increasing responsibility in driving service and aftermarket growth, with a specific focus on performance-based and outcome-based service agreements, as well as the development of IoT solutions.

He holds a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Politecnico di Milano (Italy) and an MBA from Bocconi School of Management (Italy).
