Xavier is a seasoned ecommerce leader with 16+ years of experience, driving global revenue growth and digital transformation across diverse sales channels.

His journey includes roles as the Global E-Commerce Manager and EMEA eCommerce Leader at 3M, along with managing e-commerce teams and expertise in deploying webshops.

He holds an MBA in e-business from ISC Paris and edits a thesis. He wrote a thesis about “Edition of Cross-Channel Strategy in B2B Market” in 2013. He also holds a Master’s in Management and Biochemistry from Pierre and Marie Curie University.
