02. CONTENT

We have all been missing the interactive element of face-to-face, peer-to-peer discussions.

In the virtual space there is an abundance of great content at the tips of our fingers but it is hard to create a context where experiences can be shared amongst peers.

Our Copperberg community has many times asked us for a format where we can achieve this interactivity whilst still providing a virtual platform for it. Many formats have been tried and tested, but we finally have arrived at a fun, easy accessible and truly interactive discussion format which ticks all the boxes!

We need 55 minutes of your time – and in return, we will let our algorithm set you up with a series of 1:1 video meetings.

03. HOW IT WORKS

It’s great fun, it will pass very very quickly and we hope the delegates will be able to engage in many fruitful discussions!

We’ll be showing the audience a series of very short videos with key discussion questions and between each video the attendees are automatically put into a 1:1 meeting with another professional attending the session and you discuss the questions before another video resumes. You don’t need to do anything. It will all happen automatically.

Discussion topics will include:

How to manage the onsite/offsite service model?
How do we educate our customers to fit into a hybrid service model?
What learning points in terms of this hybrid service model, do you think are here to stay?
