Christian Bauszus is VP and Global Business Owner Services, operating from the Group´s headquarters. He carries the responsibility to strategically develop and strengthen the aftermarket service business. To drive digitization through enhanced, digital offerings is part of his role. Christian has broad experience along dormakaba´s value chain as he held several executive positions in various roles and countries within the company, including the integration management process to merge the two former companies Dorma and Kaba.
