Alex currently serves as the Sales Director, EMEA North, for market leading AI platform company Coveo. Prior to joining Coveo he worked for Siemens-Mendix, helping large global enterprise customers on their transformation journeys through the utility of composable, low code, application development platform technology. Whilst at SAP he held the post of Senior Go-to-Market Director EMEA for multiple personalisation products within their CX portfolio and is recognised as subject matter expert in the area of CX personalisation. A passionate enthusiast of e-commerce, Alex has worked with hundreds of famous brands over many years as a trusted advisor and is driven toward CX excellence through AI powered experiences. In a career spanning over 25 years, he has also held executive board positions with several tech companies focussed on software applications and internet services.
