Since 2019 Göran is leading the global service business team and service business virtual teams globally in Marel. Focus on driving profitable growth of the service business, strategy and organizational development, change management, service portfolio and product development including pricing, spare parts, sales and marketing of service.

Before joining Marel he worked as a management consultant for over 15 years specializing in working with multinational Industrials and OEMs to grow and develop their Service Business and general operational and strategy development. Göran started his career in Nestlé and held different managerial positions before moving into consulting.

Göran’s expertise is within general leadership, development of corporate, business unit and product strategies, services business development and operations, servitization, commercial models and pricing, strategy execution and change management, commercial due diligence and advisory services.
