Philip Klever is Head of Obsolescence Management for Rail Vehicles and Rail Infrastructure at Siemens Mobility Gmbh in Erlangen, Germany. Mr. Klever is an internationally recognized rail service business expert with experience in spare part logistics and preventive train maintenance. Until 2009 he studied electrical engineering and information technology at the University of the Federal Armed Forces, Neubiberg and worked as data analytics specialist for the multirole fighter aircraft “Eurofighter Typhoon”. From 2014 to 2017 he worked as project manager for vehicle modernization and head of materials management for light rail vehicles (trams) at Stadtwerke München GmbH.
