Robert is a supply chain professional with international experience in production, operations and spare parts supply chain management. His approach is deeply rooted in Toyota Way principles, having started his career in Toyota Motor Europe’s Strategy and Business Planning unit developing strategic production plans for European manufactured vehicles (Yaris, Auris, Verso & Avensis). Since moving to Finland in 2011, he has worked in spares supply chain management – first at Outotec for 4 years and now as Supply Chain Operations Director in KONE’s Global Spares Supply division. Robert is leading a team of operations and planning professionals across offices in Finland, China and India, who are delivering over 7 million elevator, escalator and building door spare parts to KONE maintenance units and distributors around the world.
