Jerker Johansson is a pricing expert, author, and consultant specializing in Pricing Strategy, M&A, and Integration Management. Through his firm, With a Smile AB, he advises leading Nordic companies—particularly in Field Service—on pricing strategies from concept to execution, delivering measurable results.

From 2006 to 2016, Jerker was instrumental in transforming the largest and most profitable installation company in the Nordics. As Pricing Manager and later Regional Manager, he developed and executed pricing strategies across multiple markets. Since 2017, he has also facilitated professional networks for Pricing Managers and Directors, fostering peer-to-peer learning across top Nordic organizations.
