JJ Heldt, Director Sales @Bosch Rexroth, holds an MBA and is an Industrial Engineer. JJ is a German native, having lived and worked in USA, Czech Republic, Hungary and France for numerous years. During a major part of his career, he has worked in procurement in various positions. He is in a leading position of the German Association for Material Management and Logistics (BME).

JJ has trained large parts of the organization in intercultural aspects and systematic approaches to effectively manage negotiations. As a key note speaker across Europe and abroad he has built up a reputation amongst procurement leaders. He has also performed as an external consultant, has been co author and books and articles.
