Paolo Pierangelo is an accomplished commercial executive with extensive global experience across public and private companies in OE automotive industry, and industrial machinery sectors. Currently acting as Dayco’s Chief Commercial Officer,  he drives strategic growth through customer-centric solutions for Aftermarket and Belts divisions.

Previously, as Vice President, Global Service & Aftermarket at Prima Industrie S.P.A., he managed worldwide operations and teams. His career includes leadership roles at CNH Industrial (2010–2018)and Fiat Auto S.P.A. (2005–2010), blending hands-on P&L expertise with supply chain innovation.

Paolo holds a Mechanical Engineering degree (Università dell’Aquila) and an Executive MBA (ESCP). Passionate about operational excellence, he empowers teams to deliver market-leading performance.
