Alexander Pollnow is Head of Global Aftermarket at IPCO, where he leads and develops the company’s global aftermarket business across parts, service, people and digital solutions. Having lived and worked in Europe and Asia, including China and Malaysia, he brings a global perspective on customer value, cross-cultural collaboration and people leadership. Alexander’s focus is on transforming IPCO’s aftermarket business from reactive to proactive by leveraging installed-base insights to drive sustainable growth and improve the customer experience through sales and service excellence.
